As both owner and chef, Kostas knows the importance of using top quality ingredients, and shops personally for his fresh meat and vegetables. Kostas provides his own variations on recipes from around Greece as well as other parts of the world.
Andromeda Centre is also one of the very few cookery schools in western Greece, offering cookery holidays as well as cooking fun days open to all.
The Centre is brand new, and purpose-built, set in terraced gardens on a hillside in the heart of the popular resort of Lourdas with outlooks towards the sea. The restaurant has seating on the verandahs for 140 people, with room for another 140 inside, and ample parking.
